PURPOSE:To structure an optical information communication system which is easily operated in home. CONSTITUTION:Optical fiber cables are embedded in the walls, etc., of general home. Then, optical information outlets are provided at specific positions in respective rooms. Information equipments such as system controller 1, an AV system 4, and miniature audio components 5, etc., are only connected to the optical information outlet by an optical fiber cable 7 for connecting the equipment and then a digital video signal, a digital audio signal, a command signal, etc., are transmitted and received among those information equipments. |
