PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance taste and appearance by preventing fat produced from a food during cooking from readhering to the hood. SOLUTION: When a food 6 supported by a cooking utensil 8 is heated by means of a heater 4, fat contained in the food 6 is separated from the food 6 to drop onto a pan. Consequently, readhesion of fat to the food 6 can be suppressed and the food 6 can be roasted well while enhancing the appearance. Furthermore, the inside of a heating chamber 3 can be cleaned when it is not used because the cooking utensil 8 can be mounted removably on the wall surface in the heating chamber 3. Since positional relationship with the heater 4 can be altered arbitrarily by shifting the cooking utensil 8 in the heating chamber 3, roasting of the food 6 can be controlled. Furthermore, the cooking utensil 8 can be contained in a containing space within the heating chamber 3 when the cooking utensil 8 is not used.
