摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the limitations of torsional angle attributed to the use of a spring such as a conventional coil spring or the like, thereby increasing torsional angle. SOLUTION: This damper 4 is provided with a hub 3, a first and second input plates, an elastic member 36, and a plurality of rollers 35. The outer surface of the hub 3 is formed with a cam surface 28 whose radial position changes along a peripheral direction. The first and second input plates are disposed on the outer periphery side of the hub 3 so as to be concentric. The ring-shaped elastic member 36 is disposed at the first and second input plates so as to face the cam surface 28 in a radial direction. A plurality of rollers 35 are disposed between the cam surface 28 and the elastic member 36 so as to abut against both of them. When the hub 3 and the first and second input plates rotate relatively, the rollers 35 move in a rotational direction R1 or R2 self-rotating around an axis P which is parallel with its rotational axis 0.
