PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective film which is excellent in heat resistance, water resistance and solvent resistance for the purpose of protection of an IC tag and a protection method therefor. SOLUTION: The protective film 2 for protecting the tag for management (IC tag 1) packaged with an IC readable without contact is formed of a polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyether sulfone (PES), polyether imide (PEI), polysulfone (PSF), polyamide (PA), polyimide (PI), polyamide amide (PAI) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. |
