<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a defective chip from an attachment sheet, without punching holes in the attachment sheet and without causing troubles with draw- out of other chips. SOLUTION: A collet removes a defective chip 510 from among a plurality of chip stuck to an attachment sheet 500. The collet has a pawl 110, which protrudes from the tip and is pressed on the side face 511 of the defective chip 510, and a sucking hole which is opened in the tip to suck the defective chip 510 removed from the attachment sheet 500 by pressing the pawl 110. The dimension of the sucking hole 120 is set to a size for enabling the chip to pass through.</p> |
