PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck and retrieve cut residues by causing a stripper to have a sucking retrieving mechanism, and causing the sucking retrieving mechanism to have a sucking port on an end of an electric wire. SOLUTION: An air chamber 18 sealed by an O-ring is formed between a cylindrical part 3 and a piston rod 14, and the piston rod 14 is moved forcedly against spring force by injecting air into the air chamber 18. A dust nozzle 21 is fitted freely rotatably to the lower part of a nut 20, and a suction hose is fitted to the dust nozzle 21. A sucking retrieving mechanism is constituted out of a suction pipe 13, the dust nozzle 21, and the suction hose, and a coat stripped off from an end of an electric wire and cut residues, which may attach to blade edges, are forcedly sucked and retrieved. Consequently, coats are retrieved satisfactorily. |
