PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently compensate nonlinear distortion of an optional device. SOLUTION: A distortion compensation section 10 is provided with a field effect transistor FET, a coil L electrically connected to a gate of the field effect transistor FET, a power supply Ec that provides a control voltage, bias resistors R1, R2 connected respectively electrically to a drain and a source of the field effect transistor FET, and a power supply Edd supplying a bias voltage. The power supply Ec is connected to a gate of the field effect transistor FET via the coil L in the distortion compensation section 10. Furthermore, the power supply Edd is connected to a drain and a source of the field effect transistor FET via the bias resistors R1, R2 in the distortion compensation section 10. Either of the drain and the source of the field effect transistor FET is used for a signal input terminal and the other is used for a signal output terminal in the distortion compensation section 10.
