PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which is made compact and which is constituted so that DC voltage for preventing electrostatic offset from occurring with respect to a fixing body is prevented from being discharged to a supporting member from the fixing body and an image with high quality can be stably obtained and an image forming device having this fixing device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a resin spacer 24. The spacer 24 is disposed between the supporting member Y and the end surface of the main body part of a fixing roller in order to regulate the axial-direction movement of the fixing roller so that a distance between the end surface of the main body part of the fixing roller and the opposed part of the supporting member Y opposed to the end surface of the main body part does not become equal to or under a prescribed distance. Thus, the DC voltage applied by a voltage applying means X is prevented from being discharged to the supporting member Y from the fixing roller.
