摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform image inverting processing, to improve finder magnification and to miniaturize a camera in an up-and-down direction by forming luminous flux from a photographing optical system into an image without through a reflection member and arranging an image inverting prism optical system partially having the effective parts of transmitted light and reflected light in common at the rear of an image-formation surface. SOLUTION: A reflection mirror M1 is arranged at about 45 deg. to the optical axis O of a photographing lens 10 and reflects the luminous flux from the lens 10 to the downward direction of the camera orthogonal to the optical axis O. At the time of exposure, the luminous flux reflected by the mirror M1 is formed into the image on the photosensitive surface 11 of film or a CCD or the like arranged nearly in parallel with the optical axis O. The image inverting prism P1 partially having the effective parts of the transmitted light and the reflected light in common is arranged at the rear of the image-formation surface. At the time of finder observation, the mirror M1 is turned by 45 deg. centering around a shaft L1 and arranged nearly in a parallel state with the photosensitive surface 11. At such a time, the luminous flux from the lens 10 is formed into the image in the vicinity of the 1st transmission surface of the prism P1.
