PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily understand a ground by sorting element data, displaying, forecasting, simplifying the display, providing not a value but appearing probability of a range, and explaining its forecasting ground through the sorting of the data. SOLUTION: The weather system comprises an object range selector 2 for inputting an object range of data to be displayed, an element data deciding unit 3 inputting a unit of the data to decide element data, a database 1 for holding weather data and its specifications and generating data of an expression format of the element data at a row and respective observation items at a column, an element data sorter 4 for sorting the element data according to number of the input sorts, forming sort representative data representing the respective sorts and recording correspondence to the respective sorts in the database, a sort belonging deciding unit 5 for deciding which sort the element data belongs to and recording correspondence to the respective sorts in the database, and a distribution transition display unit 6 for displaying a district distribution or time transition of the element data by a distribution of sort identifiers or a transition.
