PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a generating place and an energy generating mechanism and to apply to an ordinary temperature nuclear fusion reactor on the ground by detecting a mu-neutrino beam from the sun or the interior of the earth and energy-analyzing it. SOLUTION: A direction of an electron beam of an electron tube 6CA7 is directed to the sun, and an increment of a positive current generated in its electric circuit is read. A,surface of a Voltaic pile having a large area is directed toward the interior of the earth, and an increment of a negative current generated in the circuit is read. Or, an electron beam or a positive ion beam is supplied to a periphery of a magnetic field type mass analyzer placed in vacuum, and a certain surface of its beam incident slit is directed to the sun, and further similarly directed to the interior of the earth.
