PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat conductor exhibiting a physical flexibility, an ease of work such as cutting, a good adhesion to other parts, a light weight, a high degree of freedom of shape and a high heat-radiation and electric and electronic equipment precluding effects of heat by using the heat conductor. SOLUTION: The heat conductor is formed of a porous graphite film which is formed by firing high-heat-resistant polymers having a porous construction with a series of micropores of average pore size of 0.1-10 μm and with a porosity of 15-85% at a high temperature and in an anaerobic atmospheric and the electric and electronic equipment have a heat generator and a cooling device or a heat radiator and use the heat conductor for linking between the heat generator and the cooling device or the heat radiator. |
