PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a large slew rate adjustment width and to realize a high processing speed. SOLUTION: In the output buffer, a pre-driver D1 that receives a data signal, resistive elements R11-R14, R21-R24 that delay an output signal of the pre-driver D1, an output transistor(TR) that is driven by pre-drivers D1, D2 via the resistive elements, simultaneous interruption control means (PA01, PA02, NA01, NA02) that inactivates the output TR uniquely with the data signal of an L level, and a conduction control means (PT01, PT02, NT01, NT02) that uniquely activates the output TR with a data signal of an H level and invalidates the output of a resistive element, when a slew rate selection signal SELECT 1 is activated, are interposed for each output TR gate electrode.
