PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a boiling cooler capable of detecting a temperature rise of refrigerant. SOLUTION: A refrigerant bath 2 is used in an approximately standing attitude and a heat generating CPU is fixed to one side surface of its thickness direction and a radiating part 3 is built in the other side surface 2a. A temperature sensor 4 for detecting temperature of the refrigerant is fixed on the other side surface 2a of the refrigerant bath 2. The temperature sensor 4 fixed on the other side face 2a of the refrigerant bath 2 at the position corresponding to a refrigerant-temperature detecting means in the refrigerant bath 2 can detect temperature of a liquid refrigerant filled in the refrigerant-temperature detecting means through the other side surface 2a. This makes it possible to detect a temperature rise of the refrigerant in a cooler caused by lack of cooling air blown to a radiating core because of trouble of a cooling fan during the operation of the boiling cooler 1.
