PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operational failure of a blade terminal insertion opening closing cover caused by rotating in the anti-rotation direction by forming a short side wall surface in the anti-rotation direction of a blade terminal insertion opening and a long side wall surface in the shaft direction, installed in the blade terminal insertion opening closing cover on a tapered surface extending in the upper direction. SOLUTION: When the tips of blade terminals 36, 36 of a plug 35 are inserted into blade terminal inserting openings 21, 21 installed in a closing cover 20 and the plug 35 is rotated in the anti-rotation direction, the blade terminals 36, 36 whose tips are formed in a semi-circular shape come out outside along the tapered surface formed on a short wall surface 21a in the anti-rotation direction of the blade terminal insertion openings 21, 21 installed in the blade terminal insertion opening closing cover 20 and the tapered surface formed on a long side wall surface 21c on the shaft side, and rotational failure of the blade terminal insertion opening closing cover 20 generating when the blade terminal insertion opening closing cover 20 is rotated in the anti- rotation direction by mistake, or a closing function loss such as semi-opening of blade terminal insertion openings 9, 9 installed in a cover 1 caused by break of a guide projection 24 can surely be prevented.
