SOLUTION: An annular outer-peripheral opening window 112F partitioned by an annular inner periphery sheet 112D and an annular outer periphery sheet 112M is formed on the outlet of an outer periphery port 112A of a piston 112, an annular groove 112J partitioned by the outer periphery sheet and an auxiliary sheet 112L is formed on the outside of the outer-peripheral opening window, an outer orifice Fa communicating an upper chamber with the annular groove and an inner orifice Fb communicating the annular groove with the outer- peripheral opening window are formed on the upper end of the outer periphery sheet and the auxiliary sheet sequentially so that a passage area may be large, check valves are formed out of two upper and lower leaf valves 110, 111 forming with inner opening parts 110A, 111A facing each other so as to face the orifices, and two leaf valves are disposed on the outer-peripheral opening window and the annular groove so as to be opened and closed freely.
