PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid dynamic pressure bearing causing less wear and damage to a member at the time of resting and at a low speed rotation of a rotor while providing excellent durability. SOLUTION: This liquid dynamic pressure bearing is provided with a stator part 10 comprising a cylindrical supporting hole 11a opened at one end, a rotor part 20 comprising a shaft 21 relatively rotatably provided in the supporting hole 11a, magnetic fluid F laying between the stator part 10 and the shaft 21 in the supporting hole 11a of the stator part 10, dynamic pressure generating grooves 25a, 25b, 25c to generate dynamic pressure between the stator part 10 and the shaft 21 by involving the magnetic fluid F at the time of relative rotation of the shaft 21 to the stator part 10, and magnets M1, M2 magnetically attracting the magnetic fluid F to an adjacent part of the shaft 21 to the stator part 10.
