PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high speed printing by improving printing efficiency and to execute printing by using an always new version form. SOLUTION: Forms to be used for printing in respective host devices 1a to 1n are collectively managed and registered in one (2a) of plural printer devices 2a to 2d. When data printing is instructed by specifying a form from one of the host devices 1a to 1n, each of the other printer devices 2b to 2d receives the transfer of the specified form from the printer device 1a and executes printing on the basis of the transferred form and the data sent from the host devices 1a to 1n.
