PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watthour meter which can easily measure electric power in use by load devices or systems. SOLUTION: A unit body 10 has projecting plug blades 12 to be inserted and connected to a wall outlet, and a display unit housing 20 equipped with a display unit 21 is constituted separately from the unit body 10. The unit body 10 has an outlet opening 11, where a load device is connected. The display unit housing 20 is provided with a circuit which detects electric power in use according to the current supplied to the load device and the applied voltage, and the electric power in use and the electric charge are displayed on the display unit 21. |
