PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stably transferable an information signal irrespective of the fluctuation of a transmission distance between an active module and a passive module by providing a power control part controlling the transmission output of a power transmission part. SOLUTION: The active module A emits the electromagnetic wave with a power transmission frequency f1 from a power transmission head 4a conencted to a power transmission part 1a. The passive module B receives the power by a non-contact system when the power transmission head 4a is brought close to a power reception head 4b and they face each other to form an installation state. An attached device 3b modulates an information transmission signal inputted from outside in a signal transmission/reception part 2b and transmits it from a signal transmission/reception head 5b. Signal intensity received in the signal reception part 2a of the passive module A is always negatively fed back by the power transmission part 1a. Thus, power fed to the passive module B is kept in a constant level.
