PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely carry out fixing of a bus bar to a holder at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this method, each of plural bus bars 5 are fixed to a prescribed position inside a holding groove 7 with a holder 9 in an assembling process for a bus bar temporary assembly 1 for constituting one portion of a connector. In the holding groove 7, a recessed part 17 wherein a through hole 14 is penetrated in a groove bottom part in a fixed position of the bus bar 5 and which is communicated to the through hole 14 to make a groove width in a side of the groove bottom wider than a width of the bus bar 5 is recessed in both sidewalls of the bus bar 5. Therefore, a movable part of a molding die is left from the recessed part 17 through the through hole 14 in the holding groove 7, and an undercut part, for example an overhung portion in a bus bar fixing part, which makes an operation of the movable part of the molding die difficult is eliminated to maintain favorable moldability of the holder 9 as the whole.
