PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent illegal disposal by providing an indicating portion having a character and design pattern on a strut and mounting a solar battery flashing light, a dummy antenna, and a dummy camera on the upper part of an illumination portion. SOLUTION: An illegal disposal preventing body 1 has struts 2 with various cross section shape such as circle or rectangle that are stood on ground 15 in a various place via bases 9. The struts 2 have an illumination portion 10 for serving as a support plate in its upper part and an indicating portion 3 displayed at a predetermined position on the front side. The illumination portion 10 has in its substantially central part a solar battery flashing light 5 that generates with the sun and flashes red or the like. The solar battery flashing light 5 includes a dummy antenna 6 and a dummy camera 7 for communication at adjacent and easily seen positions. The indicating portion 3 mounted to the strut 2 has a character and design pattern 8 of various warning such as 'No dumping, violator is punished with law'.
