PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent staying of a refrigerant in a compressor as much as possible. SOLUTION: In a cold rolling case having a refrigerant circuit for constituting a refrigerating cycle having a compressor 16, a condenser 17 and an evaporator 9 for cooling a cool storage agent, an indoor side receiver tank 32B is provided between the condenser 17 and the evaporator 9, and the tank 32B is provided at a position becoming a lower temperature than an atmospheric temperature of the indoor 1A side.
