PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the clogging of a water supplying port due to evaporation residue and prevent the deterioration of sealing performance of a seal member provided on the upper end of an evaporating pan by a method wherein a tubular unit, consisting of an evaporating residue adsorbing body, is installed in the evaporation pan having the water supplying port on the bottom unit of the same with a distance from an inner wall surface so as to surround the water supplying port. SOLUTION: An evaporation residue adsorbing body 11 is formed of four sheets of sheet-type rectangular non-woven cloth combined in the shape of a well curb while a tubular unit 12 is formed at the center of the same. The tubular unit 12 is installed in an evaporation pan 4 with a predetermined distance from the inner wall surface of the pan 4 so as to surround a water supplying port 7. The height of the adsorbing body 11 is set so as to be lower than the position of height of a seal member 10 interposed between the flange unit 8 at the upper end of the pan and a supporting unit 9 integrated with a main body case 1. The evaporation residue, generated by the evaporation of water in the pan 4, is adsorbed by the adsorbing body 11, however, when the amount of evaporation residue has exceeded the permissible amount of adsorption, the residue is adhered to the inner wall surface of the pan 4 and, thereafter, is peeled off and is accumulated near the inner wall surface of the bottom unit of the pan 4. However, the evaporation residue is stagnated around the tubular unit 12 and will not invade into the water supplying port 7.
