PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston device capable of smoothly operating a piston without generating bite of the piston inside of a cylinder. SOLUTION: Seal members 4a, 4b are arranged in the axial direction of a rod 3 while being displaced from each other. With this arrangement, tilt of the seal members inside of the cylinder is prevented, and bite due to the tilt is prevented. Consequently, in the case where the pressure is hard to be transmitted to the whole of a piston 2 under the low-temperature condition that viscosity of the operating fluid is higher than that under the normal temperature condition or the high temperature condition, or in the case where the piston 2 is frequently operated, the piston 2 is smoothly operated for stabilization.
