PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an interface switching device capable of switching and using an interface as necessary and sufficiently securing the stability of operation without sophiscating mechanism. SOLUTION: When an adaptor 1 is connected to a keyboard device 2 and a computer 3, a pair of data lines, a power supply line and a ground line on the adaptor side are respectively connected to a data line, a clock line, a power supply line, and a ground line on the keyboard side and any one of unused lines is connected to an identification line. The unused line is short-circuited with the power supply line or the ground line, and when the adaptor 1 is connected, a keyboard body 8 is informed of power supply voltage or a volt value fixed on 0 volt as identification information through the identification line.
