PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outgoing incoming call restriction device for a mobile terminal with which the mobile terminal can restrict an outgoing incoming calls. SOLUTION: This outgoing incoming call restriction device stores a plurality of sets of pattern information with respect to noise in an incoming call restriction area and a quasi-incoming call restriction area that are detected to a memory section 6 in advance. When a control section 4 detects matching between an external noise detected by an external noise detection section 7 and the noise pattern in the incoming call restriction area stored in the memory section 6 through the comparison, the control section 4 discriminates that a mobile terminal 1 is resident in the incoming call restriction area, turns off power supplied from a power supply circuit 8 to control a call. Thus, even if a person carrying the mobile terminal forgets to turn off the power of the mobile terminal in the incoming call restricting area, the outgoing incoming call restriction device can restrict an incoming call from an external party and an outgoing call from the mobile terminal. |
