PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable measurement of three dimensional position information of an object every field cycle as a distance image and to enable distance measurement including reduced distance measurement error caused by the movement of the object between fields. SOLUTION: This device comprises a light source means 101 for projecting light with light intensity modulation differing every field cycle, a camera signal processing means 113 for picking up images of two timely-adjacent fields from reflected light from an object, and a distance calculating means 114 for measuring three-dimensional position information of the object every field cycle.
