PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the generation of the large channelling of the two phase flow of a refrigerant by reducing pressure loss by specifying the capacity of refrigerant path in a pressure-reducing divider provided with a pressure-reducing part for reducing the pressure of the refrigerant with a an opening-regulatable value and a flow dividing part for dividing the flow of the refrigerant. SOLUTION: The indoor heat exchanger of a refrigerant circuit is provided with a reheating heat exchanger and a cooling heat exchanger having a pair of refrigerant circuit, and the refrigerant pipe between the reheating heat exchanger and the cooling heat exchanger is arranged with a pressure-reducing flow divider 1 comprising a pressure reducing part 2 and a flow dividing part 3. Each of two branch pipes 15 and 16 of the flow dividing part 3 is connected with each of a pair of the refrigerant path of the cooling heat exchanger, and a valve stem 12 in the pressure-reducing part 2 of the pressure-reducing flow divider 1 is driven by an exciting coil 11. In this case, the capacity of the refrigerant path 21 connecting between the valve chamber 20 of the pressure-reducing part 2 and the flow dividing part 3 are set up to be not more than 5000 mm3. The deterioration of performance can be prevented by enabling to keep the width of the channelling within a performance limit.
