PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influence due to the solder permeation and to prevent the deformation of small curvature to obtain a loudspeaker, having no disconnection by using a conductive metallic terminal and a terminal attachment plate which contains a metallic terminal, having an almost conical hole spreading toward a voice coil with a distance set from a fixed part and is mounted on the loudspeaker main body. SOLUTION: A terminal attachment plate 116 is fixed to a frame via a rivet that is put into an attachment hole 117. A terminal part 119, consisting of a conductive metal has a monolithic structure including an electric input terminal 119a connected to a loudspeaker, a calking part 119b serving as a fixing part which fixes a tinsel cord 122 that is led from a vibration system relay part such as a diaphragm 1 and a voice coil and at least one or more tinsel cord deformation preventing parts 119c, which have the projecting section shapes spreading in truncated chevron shapes toward the vibration system parts, such as the voice coil that limits the deformation of the cord 122. Then the part 119 is calked to a substrate 121 consisting of a vulcanized fiber via the calking pieces 120.
