PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the secret of transmission information and to prevent the leakage of the secret by displaying a camouflage pattern to make it difficult to read the written characters or numeric characters at least on part of a transmission information entry part of a facsimile transmission form including an information entry part on its surface.
