PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a probability to break a machine even when coffee or water or the like is spilt over the operation panel of a computer or a word processor by folding cloth shape parts with a transparent, soft, thin, strong and durable material by half and connecting only its prescribed part. SOLUTION: The transparent and square parts are folded by half, parts 1 and 3 near the corners and the parts 2 and 4 near the corners are respectively connected and opening parts 5-7 are provided in shape. The waterproof material which is transparent, soft, thin and strong, that is, vinyl, polyethylene, nylon or a film or the like is used as the material for the part. In this case, the characters and signs on keys are easily read since the material is transparent, the touch of the keys or buttons is transmitted well since it is thin and soft, the machine is protected from moisture such as water, coffee or milk since it is provided with waterproof property and also the machine is protected from trash or dust. Thus, protection is effective even when the operation panel is used.
