PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and improve durability by rotionally constructing a flame stabilizing portion. SOLUTION: A gas burner is adapted such that there are provided a plurality of burner ports 1 in a line, to which ports premixed gas formed by mixing fuel gas and combustion air previously is supplied, and a wall shaped flame stabilizing portion R is provided on both sides of the burner port line, protruded in the direction of injection of premixed gas from the burner ports 1, and further the burner is constructed in completely premixing combustion type. In the burner, there is provided a burner port formation member K in which a recessed groove 2 for forming a combustion portion is formed, and a plurality of burner ports 1 are formed in a bottom of the recessed groove 2 in a line longitudinally of the recessed groove 2 and a side surface 2s of the recessed groove is adapted to serve as the flame stabilizing portion R. A premixed gas supply passage 3 is provided oppositely to the side where the recessed groove 2 is formed e in the burner port formation member K for supplying premixed gas to the burner port 1.
