SOLUTION: This battery electrode manufacturing device is equipped with a supply reel 2 for continuously supplying an electrode material 20 having an electrode active material layer and gel state electrolyte layer formed on at least one surface of an electrode current collector, a first gel-cutting part 3 and a second gel-cutting part 4 to give a pair of cuts across the width to the gel state electrolyte layer formed on the electrode material 20. A pair of cuts are formed by the cutting parts 3 and 4 in the gel state electrolyte layer formed on the electrode current collector of the electrode material 20 supplied continuously and running, and the gel state electrolyte layer between these cuts is exfoliated and removed.
