<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cylindrical cover slightly deformable during resin hardening or setting work so as to enhance handling performance in an inverter device by providing such a cylindrical cover that can be downsized through discharge of internal fluid, wherein the inverter is adapted to insert a cylindrical repairing material to perform lining to an underground pipe to be repaired over a specified range into the pipe after inverting the same. SOLUTION: In the case where a cylindrical repairing material 77 inside an inverting device 1 is inserted into a mounting pipe A to form a lining layer, tips of a calibration hose 79 and the material 77 are made to abut against openings of a mounting pipe A, and then compression air is supplied to the device 1. Thus, advancement is made in the inside of the pipe A while inverting the hose 79 and the material 77, and when the whole hose 79 is inverted, the advance is stopped. The hose 79 and the material 77 are maintained in a compressed state until a setting resin of the material 77 is set or hardened. However, at this time, fluid in a cylindrical cover in which the material 77 is accomodated is discharged to reduce the diameter so as not to interrupt the passing thereof. After the hardening is completed, a takeup roll is operated to pull out the hose 79 through a rope 59.</p> |
