<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and strongly form a jointed part with high durability and high reliability by jointing a flat terminal and a pin terminal by irradiation of laser beams. SOLUTION: A shaft part 8A of the pin terminal 8 is loosely inserted into a pin hole 7C of the flat terminal 7, and the tip of the shaft part 8A is projected upward from the pin hole 7C. The projecting end part is melted with laser beams, the melted portion is subjected to flow down from the upper side to the lower side to form projecting parts 10A, 10B of a laser joint part 10. By only irradiating laser beams to the pin terminal 8, both terminals 7, 8 are efficiently, quickly jointed without melting the flat terminal 7, and a bonding wire 6 of a casing 1 and a hermetic seal 9 are safely protected from heat and outside force in jointing compared with resistance welding or soldering.</p> |
