PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position specifying method of a light reflecting means that can easily provide an accurate position of the light reflecting means as serving a reference for specifying a position of a movable body, a position specifying device used for its implementation, and the movable body having this position specifying device. SOLUTION: This method specifies a position of a movable body in a triangulation based on positions of three reference light reflecting means (reference point) with a ccurately known positions (step 2). A light receiving angle by a light reflecting means (measured point) as a measuring object at the position of this movable body is measured, and based on the specified position of the movable body and the light receiving angle by the light reflecting means, straight line equations connecting the movable body to the light reflecting means is calculated (step 3). After such straight line equations are calculated at a plurality of moving positions of the movable body (steps 1-6), intersection positions of the plurality of straight line equations are specified as the positions of the light reflecting means as the measured point (step 7).
