PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler for simplifying an operation control and improving reliability by accurately managing a temperature of cooling water. SOLUTION: The cooler comprises a cooler body 30, a water tank 32 contained in the body to collect and store cooling water, a first circulating circuit 40 for guiding the water in the tank to an external equipment 31, cooling it and again returning it to the tank, a first pump 41 provided in the circuit, a second circulating circuit 43 for guiding the water in the tank to refrigerators 33, 34, cooling it by evaporators 42a, 42b and again returning it to the tank, a second pump 44 provided in the second circuit, a third circulating circuit 46 for guiding the water in the tank to a cooling tower 37, cooling it by sprinkling and air supplying and again returning it to the tank, and a third pump 47 provided in the third circuit.
