PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate a case where an inter-wiring distance is too large. SOLUTION: This device includes a signal name adding part 3021 which adds the attribute information showing an attribute, an isolation specification data base 307 which stores the isolation specifications corresponding to the attribute information on two signal lines and an isolation evaluation means 308 which can acquire the isolation information related to the wiring position relation. The wiring layout information that is obtained by a layout input tool 303 is retrieved via the data base 307 and the means 308, and a wiring pair having a margin to the isolation specifications is extracted as an area that can be changed into a part of high density. Then the extracted part is shown at a display part 305.
