PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matters such as oil from mixing with an operating part by arranging a partition means for separating an operating part constituted on one surface side of a plate body in a housing, and a driving and rotation obstructing part constituted on the other surface side serving as a boundary between the plate body and a partition plate. SOLUTION: A plurality of rotation obstructing mechanisms 11 are arranged between a plate shaped part 321 and a plate body 91 at equal clearances, self- rotation of a movable scroll member 9 is obstructed when a movable scroll part 9 is turned, and the movable scroll member 9 is turned while facing to one direction. Namely, the movable scroll part is performed circular operation. A housing 3 is functionably and spatially partitioned into an operating part (a compression part) A constituted on one surface side of the plate body 91 and a driving and rotation obstructing part B constituted on the other surface side as a boundary between the plate body 91 and a partition plate 13, by the partition plate 13 the plate body 91. It is thus possible to prevent foreign mattes in the driving and rotation obstructing part B from mixing with air in the compression part A, and it is also possible to cleanly hold air compressed in the compression part A.
