System has pipe (14), designed to be fed with treated air, and movable pivoting shutter (36), designed to control treated air. Shutter has end (43) cooperating in sealed way with wall (46,48) of pipe along displacement path of shutter which corresponds to normal closed position of pipe. Pipe is shaped so that it forms localized air passage (52,54) on periphery of wall so that shutter takes up intermediate closing position in which end of shutter is opposite localized air passage which allows flow of calibrated air (F2).
