PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a storage property, capable of maintaining a display image with reducing influence of external noise even if the display device is separated from a power source. SOLUTION: This display device 11 can be mounted onto and dismounted from a controller 12 including a power source, a drive circuit 5 or the like for driving the display device 11. The display device 11 has a storage property and maintains a display image even if the display device 11 is dismounted from the controller 12. An input part from connection terminals electrically connecting between the display device 11 and the controller 12 to matrix electrodes 26 is provided with input protection parts 31 comprising electrical loads such as a resistor, an IC and a capacitor. Thereby, invasion of noise from the connection terminals can be prevented to reduce a change of the display image.
