PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary-operating electric parts, capable of preventing the tilting of a shaft portion of an operating member, reliably actuating a switch and reducing the axial size of a rotor. SOLUTION: A two-point supported structure, that is, a shaft portion 17 is supported by an actuating member 11 at two points apart from each other to the axial direction, allows an operating member 15 to be rotated and vertically reciprocated with the operation of an operational body 16 arranged between a pair of rising walls 3, 4. Therefore, a rotary encoder 19 can be rotationally operated and the thrust operating force of the operational body 16 be dispersed almost equally to both ends of the shaft portion 17, making it possible to restrict the tilting of the shaft portion 17 during thrusting the operational body 16 and reliably actuate a push switch 6 with the sufficiently rotational movement of the actuating member 11.
