PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing the program record size even when the number of kinds of an ASN. 1 type being the element of a SET OF type or a SEQUENCE OF type is increased. SOLUTION: An ASN. 1 OF base container class member calling member 31 is obtained as a member which provides the same interface as the member of an STL container class in which the type of an argument and the type of a return value are depending on the type of the element of an STL container class 21. The source code part of the ASN. 1 OF base container class member calling member 31 calls an ASN. 1 OF base container class member 24, and operates only the type check of an argument or the type conversion processing of the return value.
