PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain with superior operation efficiency and at low price by a method wherein a ring-like knob part is provided and a mesb part is provided in an outer peripheral part of a rotary member, and the knob part is snap- stopped at the mesh part of the rotary member to combine the both. SOLUTION: A rotary member 1 is composed of a substantially circular thin-type synthetic resin, and the margin has a flexible first protrusion lc and second protrusion ld and projection le which setve as a mesh part and are radially formed toward outward. A knob part is provided so as to pair a mesh part on a front surface side and a mesh part on a rear surface side at an interval in a longitudinal direction. Also, the mesh part on the front surface side is in mesh with the second prohusion ld of the rotary member l on the rear surface, and also the mesh part on the rear surface side is in mesh with the first protrusion lc of the rotary member 1 on the front surface by snap-stopping.
