<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lock device capable of easily attaching/detaching an extended unit to/from the main body of a notebook-sized personal computer or the like. SOLUTION: This lock device for fixing the extended unit freely attachable/ detachable to/from a computer main body and capable of realizing a prescribed extended function when it is connected to the computer main body has a rotary piece 11 provided with a peripheral face having a gear and allowed to be rotated, a pinion gear 12 to be engaged with the gear of the piece 11, a lacking gear part 13 extended along the moving direction of the extended unit at the time of attaching/detaching the unit and engaged with the pinion gear 12, a frame member 14 provided with a depression part 16 for depressing the rear face part of the unit at the time of opening the unit, and an engagement member 15 allowed to be engaged with a recessed part 48 of the unit and disengaged from the recessed part 48 at the time of moving the frame member 14. When the rotary piece 11 is rotated, the frame member 14 is moved, the engagement member 15 is unlocked, the depression part 16 depresses the extended unit and the unit is easily detached.</p> |
