DEVELOPING BLADE MEMBER, DEVELOPING DEVICE AND PROCESS CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing blade member where unevenness in image density can be prevented by stabilizing free length of an elastic blade in the longitudinal direction by preventing hardening of the base of the elastic blade due to extrusion of adhesive and decreasing waving of the above mentioned elastic blade. SOLUTION: This member 10 is a member restricting developer on a developing sleeve (developer carrier) 6 that is able to be rotated and constituted so that it is adhered by an adhesive layer 10c formed between the elastic blade 10a abutted to a developing sleeve 6 and a supporting metal plate 10b supporting the before mentioned elastic blade 10a, in the lengthwise direction. In this case, a surface facing the adhesive layer 10c of the before mentioned elastic blade 10a is a taper 10d which is gradually narrowed toward the tip and the adhesive layer 10c is formed in a wedge shaped space between the elastic blade 10a and the supporting metal plate 10b by bringing the tip part of the elastic blade 10a into contact with the supporting plate 10b.
