PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation torque generator securely sealed at its mounting position at a low cost in the case a flange surface and a screw connection part for mounting the generator to a vehicle transmission device casing are formed in a protection casing, the flange surface divides the protection casing into a sensor section and a base station, and a hexagonal body separated from the flange surface is formed in the base section.
