PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust or the like from intruding into a plug and to avoid an electrical hazard by providing sliding grooves where hood sections provided on insulators are coupled and slid on opposite inside edges of protruded sleeve pieces provided on each cover half, and providing coupling groove holes coupled with the hood sections provided at end sections of the sliding grooves. SOLUTION: When blade terminals 15 are rotated 90 deg. in the right direction, for example, end sections in the rotating direction of the hood sections 27 provided on the insulators 25 covered on the blade terminals 15 are located on the vertical faces of the sliding grooves 4 provided on the inside edges of protruded sleeve pieces 3 provided on each cover half 1, and gaps are generated between the sliding grooves 4 and hood sections 27. However, when the end sections of the hood sections 27 in the rotating direction are inserted into the coupling groove holes 5 provided at the end sections of the sliding grooves 4, the hood sections 27 are closely stuck to the sliding grooves 4, the gaps between the blade terminals 15 and blade terminal coupling grooves 21 provided on a blade terminal holder 20 are closed completely, and the intrusion of dust or the like into a plug body from these portions is prevented reliably.
