PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate surely around a vertical axis relative to an alidade and around a horizontal axis relative to a telescope, by interlocking a fine- adjustment transmission gear existing not on the plane of a coaxial driver with the rotary shaft of a rotary driver through a quarter-turn belt drive unit. SOLUTION: Two fine-adjustment transmission gears have respectively one worm and a worm gear with a friction coupling, and can be operated cooperatively from a proper position, in order to generate movement mutually vertically or in the direction at some angle. The fine-adjustment transmission gears are arranged on two planes having different heights in an instrument easing, and the worm of one fine-adjustment transmission gear is placed on the plane of a coaxial driver, and each worm gear of both fine-adjustment transmission gears is combined with an operable or rotatable constitution part or constitution group through the friction coupling. And, the other fine-adjustment transmission gear having the worm existing not on the plane of the coaxial driver is functionally interlocked with the rotary shaft of the coaxial driver by a quarter-turn belt drive unit.
